I'm Levi Breederland.
You can pronounce my last nasume with English rules (though technically incorrect, I won't complain), which sounds like my forefathers ran a dog-breeding business, or the correct way with Dutch rules, bray-der-lawnd, which means “wider land”. (Apparently this name was picked by my ancestors in the 17th century because “wide land” was already taken.)
I was born and raised near Vancouver, Canada, and have lived in England and South Africa before ending up back in Canada, in the Edmonton area. My predominant cultural heritage is Dutch, and even though I was raised in Canada, I try to keep some of that sticking around. I have a decent understanding of the Dutch language and continue to work on it.
After attending various Protestant churches for since childhood, my family and I joined the Catholic Church. You can read more about our journey here. We have three kids and a dog who looks like she's wearing traditional clerical garb, so we say she's Anglican.
I work for eCatholic, helping to build websites for Catholic clients of all shapes and sizes.

This site was designed and developed by me. It's powered by Joomla!, and yes, that exclamation point is part of it's name. This will probably be the one place where I remembered to include it. It's hosted on a Vultr virtual server, which is my favourite way to host a website, if you have the know-how.
